Travelling around the world.

While the aesthetic design of this radio, may not be to every one's taste, it has some pretty quirky functions to make up for it. The 'Globe Internet Radio' designed by Kenneth Lylover has come up with a portable wireless Internet radio with an innovative interaction that minimizes the steps required to find and listen to internet radio stations.
Also known as "Globe I-Radio" (seriously what's with sticking 'I' in front of a name people...it doesn't help sell!) is "finished with touch and pressure sensitive Eleksen conductive fabric with a printed world map, which helps the users to navigate, select and enhance the exploration of radio stations available from around the world." Pretty neat huh?
I like how the design uses colour to differentiate between the functions, and well being able to listen to any radio station in the world by just touching the map is pretty cool!
