This measuring device, uses a 50" long, strong string that will not kink like a standard measuring tape. Although the string is only 50" long, the device has 3 memories spaces the user can use in order to maximise its total 150" capacity. By having 3 memory spaces, this device is able to be kept as small as possible, with the draw back of a set length of string. Having the ability to measure in both inches and mm, this measuring device is very handy to any household, let alone a tradesman.
It may not be the most aesthetically pleasing design out there, however, the fact that it has a handy tape measure, calculator and spirit level in one small and slim product is the thing that caught my eye.
