Radio Interface

Trying to create a new radio by not altering and adding unnecessary interface can be a challenge in today's day and age. That's what I like about this radio. The interface used in this design has been minimal and adapts to its old school nature.

The use of the screen in many cases causes it to be the hero of the radio, however, this particular radio has just simply replaced the old needle and clear screen to an LCD display. Although it is black, it does not overpower and does not look out of place.

The standard volume and tuning dials have been altered to be used simply up and down rather than spun around. This change has not drastically changed the appearance and stills gives the nostalgic feel of a 60's radio.
